Least resonant mindset Jim Wilhelm 14 Jun 2019 14:38 UTC
I was able to speak to a few pluralist mindset friends over the last few weeks:

Rodney green/blue- I have worked with Rodney for over 26 years and is the best at what he does, he is organized, on time, trustworthy and will do whatever is needed to meet a deadline. One thing he doesn't like to do is to make a decision without group agreement. He is more than capable of making the decision and would do great by making the decision 99 out of 100 times because of his knowledge of our company, knowledge of our history and just knowing where the info is coming from and whether it could be trusted or not. After reflecting here, I am the total opposite, where I will make a decision to get it done which is not always good. I do need to take advice from others more than what I do. After thinking about Rodney and he great run here, he is probably best at what he does because of the he takes advice from others.

My friend Rick for most of my life green/orange- we spoke about religion. I am a religious person and he is just barely. We had a conversation about religion, he feels that religion should be more of a guideline and that the focus on life should be to take care of yourself and have fun. Over the years and he has taught me to step back and smile, which I have always been somewhat lighthearted, he has made me (over the years) celebrate my successes and have fun when traveling to places where I am alone. I used to travel to China a lot to visit our factories for 2 weeks at a time by myself, his input helped me to make the best out of the situation when going to the same places time again and again.
