Happy Friday, Pele Fam!

I definitely have the Achiever and Pluralistic mindsets. The problem I have is I am not sure which is primary and which is secondary. Most would think Achiever given I lead our sales organization and certainly like permeable boundaries (not much of a rule follower!), but I have always been with mission driven start ups with collaborative cultures and environments. I love involving my team in discussions and decisions yet I am constantly in problem solving mode and will change direction/drive change quickly if I feel it is the right move. Even looking at my core values, they are pretty balanced between the two.

Luckily, I have a call with Cindy today so we can talk through this more but welcome your insights of how you see me!
