My most insightful finding was hearing others interpretation of the facts and how real life experiences effected their responses.

I have grown up in my current job, being here over 26 years and doing multiple roles over the years.  I was definitely a knower. Now, with the help of Stagen, I am listening to others but not as much as I need to in order to become a learner, I am still using my life experiences in making my decisions.

In the movie, hearing the perspective of others was eye opening to me, even though some were right or wrong, just the fact that over the course of the entire movie boiling down the perceptions to facts helped them make the right decision based on what they finally agreed to were the facts.

I know I can benefit from this by keeping an open mind to others input which I need to continue to work on going forward.
