I had a great coaching call today with Tony. Not because i had a lot to say or truthfully not even that i was up on my reading but because I slowed down, recalibrated and made several committed actions that I intend to keep.

One of the things we discussed was how when moving from one task to another I find it helpful to pause for a moment and even take a few breaths. Sometimes the reasonable stress of one thing may not be what I want carrying over into other matters and transcending that gap quickly can be hard.
