Happy Friday.
During my coaching call with Tony I explained to him a "thank you" I made to a teammate for a great job she did in training a new employee on our team over the last 3 months using the SBI approach.
It went so well calling out clearly the details versus just saying thank you or good job it made me feel that I have been doing a poor job before using this approach thanking people. It took longer but the results were better and I can see how this will help my team and others understanding the situation, behavior and impact going forward to promote the results we are wanting to build on going forward.
