As I stated in one of my previous post, this has been a challenging quarter for me. I have had frequent meetings with some challenging individuals that I have sometimes allowed them to change my demeanor and upset my day. I have often used recalibration to help me control my thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Recalibration has allowed me clear my mind before and after those meetings and more importantly ensure that I do not carry those feelings with me throughout the remainder of my day and/or week. Some of our family members that work here see me practicing recalibration and have asked me about it and I have shared what I was doing with them. It has truly helped me especially when interacting with certain individuals.
