Futuristic - I enjoy spending time on where our company is going and what we will be in the next 1,3,5, and 10 years.  For those in the Traction world familiar with the Visionary and Integrator roles - this may also explain why I dont enjoy the integrator activities.

Additionally - the shortcomings of this strength is:
“Because you live in the future, you may find it difficult to enjoy the present moment. While it will always be important for you to have things to look forward to, don’t overlook opportunities to experience and appreciate where you are now”

Re-reading this provided a nice recalibration moment.  I’m constantly focused on where we are going and what is in our way today that is keeping us from achieving our future.  This said - as I stop for a moment and reflect.... Things are pretty good today and I need to be sure to look up and enjoy them.
