I had a case this week where I had asked someone to complete a task by Thursday morning ... he accepted my request.  We met twice earlier in the week and discussed the task in detail and when it was needed.  On my way into the office Thursday morning - I stopped by his desk to verify it had completed (it hadn’t)... After a bit of dialogue this turned into a coaching session on Time Blocking.  Meeting again with him early next week...
