I became involved with Stagen as part of my journey for finding my personal “why” ... This said - I have received great benefit from the process to identify my personal core values.  I keep these taped to the inside of the journal I carry around with me daily and find myself glancing at them several times throughout the week. Seeing these often re-centers my focus.

Grounded in my core values - perhaps my favorite tool is the Positive No.  The Positive No has allowed me to stay focused on the results I need/desire and removes the emotion.

A close second is the committed action.  It’s been eye opening to see the number of folks in my organization that try to skirt the direct dialogue... this has improved results.
