Once I arrive the office it is go go go in a good way, I love what I do and love seeing the results of the business growing, people moving up within the company and everyone pulling together to make it happen - like this past week preparing for our Walmart Christmas 2019 line review which is Thursday.

I recalibrate before I go into work, I park far from the front entrance, sit it my car for a few minutes, get out and walk and take in the fresh air before walking into the building.  Then before walking in I take a few deep breaths, remind myself to thank a least two people a day for what they have done before heading to my desk.

After work I love my relaxing drive home to shift from work to home life, when I pull in my garage, I remind myself that I am home and it is about Sheila and the kids, our family time.  Before walking in the house I stretch which helps me to relax before I walk into the excitement.
