I feel one of the biggest benefits of the ILP for me is the 2x2 which helps me stay focused on what is important to me and the company.

I have constant new opportunities come across my desk from me and all of my teammates, which I love to chase the new because it is fun and different.   Just last week one of my teammates asked me to visit a company in LA that she was exploring since I was already out west on a trip.  The company was super excited that I stopped by and the vp of purchasing brought her entire team to the meeting, she used to work for Nordstrom and was aware of our capabilities and what we do.  So after a great introduction and great meeting about all the stores they have in museums, zoo's, aquariums, national parks all across the U.S. and her team being super excited,  I left the meeting motivated to move forward.

Before committing I evaluated the opportunity on the way home and when I returned to the office I met with our president and gave my recommendation NOT to move forward and he agreed because we are not ready for it yet.  I let the customer know that I would follow up again next year to see if we have the resources in place to be able to support her.
