I spouse kindness, pursue kindness and preach kindness, yet in my thoughts I fail at treating a few people, even some I love deeply, with kindness. I’ve realized, only now, that kindness is not only about actions others can see, it is also about thoughts only I see. I’ll start keeping a log of these instances, until they begin to disappear.
