A little reflection on my top strength Woo...

This past week I attended a conference in Florida where over 400 of our key partners attend. It is a great experience and critical for me to attend as it affords me the opportunity to connect with key executives, all in one location, all at one time. It is non-stop interaction and engagement from early morning through late evening...always being “on” and working to spend quality time with so many. Is it exhausting? Certainly. However, this part of my job is what invigorates me most as I get to see the great relationships I have worked so hard to develop and foster for the past seven years, as well as build new ones that lead to new business. I also love to be able to introduce key partners to each other and help facilitate connections that will be beneficial to them. I always leave this event re-invigorated, excited, fulfilled and....10 lbs heavier 😊
