Pele Friends,

After visiting with Cindy extensively and taking an honest look at my calendar, I am going to have to officially drop from the Pele Class. You guys are amazing and I am so sad I can't finish with you, but the demands of my new Secretary of Commerce & Workforce Development role are significant. I am literally using every second to balance oversight of 47 agencies and my 'real job' at the bank.

I wish you all the best and would LOVE to stay in touch with you individually, so please keep my cell phone (918.740.4440) and email (skouplen@regent.bank) handy, and reach out any time.

My plan is to join the next class after things settle down here a little, so I hope to see you at Stagen alumni functions in the future!

On a side note, I would covet your prayers for our state and for my family. We are experiencing an amazing turnaround (confidentially, the Governor and I just landed our largest employment announcement ever in Washington, DC yesterday!) but balancing these duties with my family life is extremely challenging.
