Hello, I liked how clear the learner vs knower communication attitudes showed in the film as well as the danger of not understanding the "ladder of influence" rationale during our personal communication processes.  Interesting movie.

Just watched 12 angry men and found it a little irritating with a the yelling....lol

The most significant insight I found when watching is that people get defensive and angry in the film when others don't see their way or identify with their point of view.
