Yesterday's teleclass Steve Riley 15 Dec 2017 21:17 UTC
I enjoyed yesterday's teleclass. I have found that discussing personality assessments such as DiSC, Culture Index, etc. are easier to discuss with people than the mindsets. Maybe it's because I view them as skillsets vs mindsets. Although my personality traits may be focused in a particular category with DiSC (I have very strong "C" tendencies), I wish I could be stronger in the other traits/skillsets (being extremely outgoing, making quick decisions, etc.). That isn't necessarily the case with mindsets. While I understand the other mindsets, and understand that people are people and they are just views/approaches, I don't necessarily want to be stronger in the other areas. I want the other skillsets but not the mindsets. But I do want to understand the other mindsets so I can communicate and relate better.

Does that make sense?

Thank you,
Steve
