My least resonant mindset is Green/Pluralist.  I have a very strong Blue/Traditional mindset, which in some ways feels like the polar opposite.  I don't really interact with that many Green/Pluralist in my everyday work/home life, but when I do, it usually seems pretty clear that we have a different worldview.  Unfortunately this usually results in us skirting certain topics and focusing on less abrasive subject matter.  Focusing on their humanity and not stereotyping is helpful, as is TED, Active Listening, and other principles we have learned.
