Paul and I had a robust discussion about my key take-away from 12 Angry Men. How, especially in today's age, we rush to make decisions since we our plates are over full and we have too much information coming at us. I wonder how many decisions I have made where if I would have taken more time to digest the facts (vs perceptions) I could have come up with a better outcome. I never feel like I have the luxury to really step back in many instances before getting to an answer. I also know that is also partially how I advanced in my career. Lots to examine here. I'm glad I finally got time to watch the movie! :)
