I'm still loving the what I have learned on the drama triangle. Asked a Salesperson (who has been through the Stagen FLP - 3 month version of the ILP) last night if they could call a customer to assist with collecting a past due balance. They responded telling me that I must not appreciate how much they already do and act like they don't already have 20 other things going on. I was triggered but took a few minutes to compose before responding.
I did call them out (since I know they know Stagen) and told them they jumped onto the triangle pretty quickly, then responded from a creator perspective. I received an email back within 20 minutes admitting they jumped, apologizing, and offering to call the customer today. Then I wrote back expressing appreciation and understanding that they had a lot going on. Great ending to what could have (and would have historically) been many back and forths (being a victim and persecutor).
