Hello all... I am catching up from being out of the office for the last two weeks, and finally read the Great Gift of No.  Interesting read and it definitely helped my understanding of YES! No Yes?

I did say a gentle (positive) No last week when asked to travel again on business.  I didn't do it the Yes/no/yes order but I did use them.
"I've been out of the office and away from family, so I would rather pass on this trip, but can go if we can free up some of my other conflicts/todos."  They agreed that I had enough items on my plate that I needed to skip this trip.
