Hi, Everyone making steady progress. I hope you will all have a great
weekend.
Some progress I have made with the knower vs learner is with my VP of
Marketing who seems to be a knower and not willing to learn and is new to
the business.
I use the Drama Triangle to challenge her and to focus on learning the
business and stop tell the team how thing were are her old jobs. I was
very interesting to see her frustration turn to challenge and look forward
to seeing the out come.
