Honestly, most of my top 5 strengths resonated with me - they nailed me pretty well. The one that was the most interesting for me to read was "Achiever". I know my personality is task focused more than people (while my wife is the opposite) but I didn't realize how much until I read my assessment.

Here is an excerpt:
Achiever describes a constant need for achievement.
You feel as if every day starts at zero. By the end of the day you must achieve something tangible in
order to feel good about yourself. And by "every day" you mean every single day-workdays,
weekends, vacations. No matter how much you may feel you deserve a day of rest, if the day passes
without some form of achievement, no matter how small, you will feel dissatisfied.

I'm usually more tired from the weekend then the week, and each day tell my wife that "I didn't get as much done as I should have". No one else pushes me as hard as I push myself. I really laughed when it said "by every day you mean every single day" - it nailed me. But as much as that is a strength, I need to try and be content with less achievement, to give myself a break. Something to work on...

Thank you,
Steve
