Thank you so much for the kind words. If you go to the implementation plan on the Stagen site  and scroll down to the learning and practice area you will see the Clifton Strengths Finder there. Just click on the icon and it will take you right to the website.

I need to take some lessons from you on how immersed you are in the program and taking advantage of both the content and the implementation.  I'm definitely in a tough spot being in a new role and the craziness of the kids finishing up the school year.  My schedule is tough but you are inspiring me to dig a little deeper!

Regarding the Clifton Strengths Finder, could you point me to where you found it on the website?  It seems to be hiding from me!

Subject: [EXT] clifton assessment

Just took the Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment it pretty much nailed me. Top two strengths were achiever and learner. I do not know if that is good or bad as I am always having to be doing or reading something and my small brain is always turning. It might have exposed a weakness of never being at rest.
