Todd,

I need to take some lessons from you on how immersed you are in the program and taking advantage of both the content and the implementation.  I'm definitely in a tough spot being in a new role and the craziness of the kids finishing up the school year.  My schedule is tough but you are inspiring me to dig a little deeper!

Regarding the Clifton Strengths Finder, could you point me to where you found it on the website?  It seems to be hiding from me!

Subject: [EXT] clifton assessment

Just took the Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment it pretty much nailed me. Top two strengths were achiever and learner. I do not know if that is good or bad as I am always having to be doing or reading something and my small brain is always turning. It might have exposed a weakness of never being at rest.
