Reflecting on the Walking the Talk log exercises, I'm aware that the contradictions between values and conduct are more frequently about what I haven't taken the time to do rather than on any particular action inconsistent with a particular value.  It's more about inaction than action which just reinforces for me once again the importance of time management so I'm free to do more of those activities that are consistent with my core values.
