Anyone who loves to cook a holiday meal knows it's not exactly a single task.  It's more of a juggling act, building up to the ultimate challenge of having every dish arrive on the table simultaneously and steaming hot.  Submitting to this challenge Thanksgiving day, totally absorbed in using all my Whole Foods ingredients (shout out to Karen), without going near my iPhone/PC was my version of single tasking.  What a great reminder of the joy that comes when distractions don't rule our world.  Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.
