I finally figured out how to turn on the Screen Time function on my iPhone.  Looking forward to seeing progress on this front.  I am conscious of reaching for my phone way too often to check messages, read Google News, look at Facebook/Instagram, and check out Rue La La's specials. If you don't know what Rue La La is, you're oh so lucky.
