Hello Mead!

Happy Friday.

I had my first meeting with my department yesterday afternoon.  I discussed the vision I have for our department with lots of good opportunity.

Our conversation closed with the requirement of TEAM to make this happen and TEAM requires trust.  I whipped out our equation.  There was silence.  I mean crickets.

I had confronted a legacy issue that existed with prior leadership on trust.  I love it.

They will see lots more of our equation.
