Dallas CASA will continue to expand its program capacity in order to meet the needs of the one in five Dallas County children in protective care placements the agency does not yet serve.  We will realize this vision of serving all child victims of abuse and neglect by adding to the ranks of the 1,400 volunteer advocates assigned last year and increasing our professional supervisory staff. Growth in capacity will occur while strengthening the quality and effectiveness of our child advocacy and contributing to positive systemic change within the child welfare system.
