Committed Action: calling out the uncommitted Frank Rosinia 09 Mar 2019 16:06 UTC

Hello Mead!

For the past couple of weeks I have been pushing for committed action.

For example I have become sensitive to the cliche “lets have lunch”. I now respond with a date and location. With rare exception “lets have lunch” does not mean I want to share a meal and visit. It a social pleasantry. There are other examples, but I am discovering that when you put the committed action lens in place it is uncommon to get a Yes, No, a promise to get back or a counteroffer.

Have a good weekend,
Frank
