I just returned from a 2-day interview in San Antonio for a teaching position.  During the interview process I was able to exercise committed action twice on follow up issues.

Interestingly, I just met with the Associate Dean at TCU’s Neeley School of business.  He is a good friend.  He asked lots of questions about the Stagen program, but he really paused so he could understand the concepts of committed action.  It was a good exercise being able to dialogue with him on the topic.
