I did the same! I travelled back home this past weekend and spent some time with a few close family members. Before a high-stress encounter that I knew I was going to experience, I took some time and did Stop-Ground-Center, and it really worked. It seems so simple, but I am definitely a believer! I was able to go into a normally stressful environment where I am not always in control of my emotions, and make decisions rather than reactions. It felt great!

I actually did it, Stop - Ground - Center, Friday morning after our workshop right before a video interview.  I sat at my desk and gave myself 60 seconds.  It felt great, and I was relaxed and present for the interview.

It was a low investment in resources, but a high yield.
