Hello Mead!

I have always believed that having great hobbies is essential. We have our work that we may love and master, but there are always other talents latent within us.

I always thought that I had some decent level of mastery with running until I read a recent article about a 70 y/o (not a typo - see attachment) running a sub-3 hour marathon. He took mastery to a much higher level by following the methodology described in our recent reading, The Making of an Expert. He got a coach and practiced deliberately. This level of achievement is possible for all of us.

All the best,
Frank
