I have been reflecting on my presence with you...the Mead team. In other team settings I find myself sharing my deeper feelings and comfortable in a state of vulnerability. My self-reflection is that I have been in an academic mindset working toward building a mastery of the material instead of an emotional state of sharing.  There are a lot of reasons such as being busy, working through the material as things to check off my list, or currently experiencing life with confidential matters that can not be shared yet. Ultimately, those reasons do not matter to you.  

I am not sharing this for a response but to simply provoke thought on your end. Do you show-up differently with the Mead team compared to other teams or am I on an island?
