I have found that my leadership of teams and getting out of the "nice guy" leadership style have been the most significant result from ILP for me. Gamefilming and performance journaling help me with self reflection that I wasn't getting and allow me to correct my behaviors.
By asking "what I want out of each situation" I am approaching situations differently. Through pushing key ILP information to my people, we are improving our corporate performance.
