Just ran into Ryan. Didn't know this thread was still active.

Good with me on everything, although I think the 2nd bullet is ambitious. Doesn't mean I don't support it, but will require some extra effort for planning and agenda.

For those interested, thought we could use this thread to begin brainstorming ways to keep Class Momentum.

My thoughts:

1. Semi-Annual Happy Hour & Dinner

§ twice per year, we pick a restaurant and have drinks and dinner

§ Nothing formal, just a means to stay connected and build friendships, i.e., no agenda/presentation, purely social

§ We all throw in on the tab, etc.

§ We randomly draw two class members to organize each dinner so the burden of organizing is dispersed

§ I'm willing to volunteer for the first one

2. Quarterly Roundtable Discussion

§ Format is flexible, and this can be rounded out with everyone's input

§ My initial fleeting thoughts - focus on Class alignment; once per quarter, we block out the Boardroom in Dallas and discuss high level issues/topics that speak to vision and strategy; how can we make the most impact via combined effort? i.e., our collective effort/awareness more effective/impactful than individual or group effort/initiatives

These are just suggestions - would love to hear other points of view.
