Hello Thatcher Integral Leaders-

We’re days away from our final time together in this particular format.  We’ll use a good bit of the time on Wednesday supporting the articulation and sharing of your Professional Visions.  It’s a powerful day.

You will get the most value from the day if you come prepared with a vision, or something close to a vision.  Here are some ideas:

  *   You may want to create a team/organizational vision for 2018 - 2019
  *   Create a vision of the next version of leader you see yourself becoming
  *   Articulate a vision for a particular project you are leading or product you are bringing to market

Many of you have commented in your significant result sharing that getting to know other leaders across Orix businesses was key for you.  Lean in on the relationships you have built and leave Wednesday
evening with an even deeper sense of trust with your colleagues.

I’m really, really looking forward to our time together Wednesday and Wednesday evening.
