I re-watched this movie last night. HPT was certainly on display - building trust, promoting conflict, demanding commitment, holding each other accountable, and paying attention to results. One part that stood out to me was Brooks saying he didn't want the best players, he wanted the right players. Also, putting Team USA before their school teams. Despite being the coach, Brooks spent most of the movie in Challenger mode.
