Hey folks,

I just checked in with our operations department.

The implementation plan switched over to Q4 a day early; there was a breakdown in the QC when the date was changed at the outset of the program, but not updated in the tech platform.

I am looking into what we can do on the tech side for those of you expecting his day to complete your work.
