I too have enjoyed my coaching calls.  It was good to do a check-in myself in preparation for the call and to bounce things off Seth.  He was also helpful on some of my guiding principles/walk the talk gaps.  It was a pretty good illustration of how helpful listening and summarizing are to coaching.

My coaching calls have been very helpful. Seth has helped me dig deeper on some of my personal and pro goals by recommending books to read, everything from parenting books to technology to integrating mindsets. I was not a big reader before all this and have knocked out 4 books the past two quarters.

I discussed my ILP goals today with LeeAnn and she revealed several areas where I am telling myself stories in my communication with my boss Brad DeLong.  Going into the call I felt I had 20/20 vision objectifying most all situations and leaving the call I am now most certain I need a new pair of very thick bifocals.

I've also enjoyed the one-on-one sessions. The group calls and ejournal are great but the targeted conversations are a nice supplement, and it's sometimes easier to discuss certain topics openly with just your coach instead of a larger group of your peers.

I also found the coaching session helpful.  Taking a break from the day-to-day routine to have someone listen to you is refreshing.    The conversation helped me take a step back and see the bigger picture.
