My leadership style involves building consensus so I suppose that lands me in the green zone (which is really strange given I lean primary to orange and secondary to red).  A goal is easier to accomplish if everyone buys in and has a voice.

Of course there are times when something just has to be done and I lean on blue.  However, I am not a big fan of such and only do that when absolutely necessary.
