I have been working with my team to incorporate recalibration – both when things get crazy during the day – we actually will stop and recalibrate together since we tend to hop from subject to subject/project to project and also when we start our team meetings.  We recalibrate a little differently than the usual Stagen way; we adapted it to fit our personalities.  And it’s working great.  Sometimes, we will even recalibrate in the middle of a meeting!  Best gift to my team I think so far.
