I want to thank LeeAnn, Seth and particularly Rand for the inspirational and thought-provoking workshop today. We are blessed to have this opportunity through ORIX and Stagen, and also to have such an intelligent, creative and congenial group of "Thatchers" with whom to share this experience. It is really special on a personal level to see folks open up and embrace these ideas. I share Slade's appreciation for these workshops, as I felt enriched walking out of the class tonight, and when I was back at the office with my OLF team members, they marveled over my undeniable post-class energy and ebullience. I love it.

Committed Action has been the most impactful tool this semester for me. That, combined with the power of the positive NO, here at work but also at home, has yielded solid productivity gains. Committed Action forced me to first prioritize and focus on items. Saying no to certain projects, or more realistically, saying later to certain projects was beneficial.
