As I look back over the past 2 quarters, the most noticeable gap i have is not honoring my weekly "meeting with my self".   When first introduced, I thought this would be great.  Having time to work on strategic thinking/planning and really working on making improvements within my group, being a more effective leader and staying more in tune with the markets we invest in.

While I have every Tuesday at 9am set aside for this, I have constantly hit the dismiss button.  I need to do much better.
