Rob- you took the words out of my mouth. Couldn't agree with you more. E journal posting is most certainly counter culture in our industry...I am sure in an academic vacuum or leadership laboratory it's really helpful (esp where there are virtually no potential consequences) but I too struggle with this portion of the program (esp when it comes to authoring original content vs. replying) and see it as an area I hope to push myself on next quarter.

And to some extent I am reluctant to share what seems like feelings across the wider group, especially given the industry we work in, where everything written can be called back someday.
