Having the Attention Zones model displayed has helped my awareness, which I think is key, and I have been more conscious of where I am in the cycle/model. On time blocking, I have not been super-successful in adhering to all of these appointments with myself so far, as things have come up at the last minute that I needed to be responsive to. I find that there is a balance between being proactive and being responsive/flexible, and if I am too scheduled, it reduces my ability to adjust. It's a constant struggle that we all have to deal with I guess.

Subject: Attention Zones
I have to keep reminding myself this is week 2. I would echo a lot of the same comments and observations that have been posted this week. Reflecting on this at mid-week, I had a few successes with time management, dealing with colleagues, and trying to do one thing at a time, but primary battles continue to be with myself, implementation and consistency. The awareness is definitely sinking in as it relates to attention zones and how I approach each day. Taking it day by day.
