Keep in mind this is one for the overall company but each of you need to be working on these for your departments - sales / recon/ marketing (skip) / purchasing / accounting.  Please make sure you get some cycles in over the next 30-45 days. This should be an on going topic in our weekly Advance Execution meetings.
