I learned a really cool idea over the weekend from a book called Essentialism (you may have heard me talk about this book and continue to believe it's the best book I have ever read on making your life balanced , meaningful and productive. The concept is all about subtracting more out so you can bring more to a few essential areas)

The idea is simple - whenever you book an appt in your calendar take 15 seconds and write out the objective you want to achieve as a result of that meeting. This was when you do your 5 min of prep the morning of the meeting you have more clarity and ideas are likely to flow on point more
