As part of our weekly practice I am making a post to the ejournal.

First I want to recognize Vance for his practice of the dynamic agenda last week. The day after our orientation he scheduled a meeting with Doug and used the template.

Second, I want to recognize Doug for appreciating Vance in his use of the template.

I used the template in my weekly meeting with Brandi today and felt it worked pretty well. I stated the imperative, the initiative and then we had agreed actions.
