We had our user testing last week for our WMS upgrade and our project leads come back to me disappointed again with the service providers that we are dealing with.

I agreed that if we had to move the go live once again, then we needed a new course. We put a hold on the implementation process for now, our team will give a detailed punch list on March 10. We will give our service provider till the end of June to complete this punch list and make sure the WMS integration into our ERP is done properly.

Although I am disappointed in the progress of this project, we are learning better ways to communicate with our service provider and each other. This also applies to promise based management. I am asking our provider to commit publicly to moving this project forward. Learning from struggles.
